We set out to raise the bar for spine and core exercise because treatment needs to meet better training.

We are proud to say we are different. That was our whole intent.

In all the years of care for patients with neck and back pain by our developers, one thing stood out as a clear problem – spine and core conditioning was off track and ineffective. That’s why we completely re-engineered spine and core exercises to be better, progressive, easier, and more convenient.

Welcome to CentriForce!

What makes CentriForce™ different?

Research backed. Clinically developed. Patient tested.

CentriForce™ is based on a broad assimilation of solid clinical, neurological, physiological, and functional research. Once it was understood what the spine and central body required to achieve better conditioning, we set out to develop a way to make that happen. Then we tested and refined it with real patients. Patient satisfaction was exceptional.

The CentriForce™ Stability Bar.

Unlike traditional, old-school exercise for the spine and core, CentriFroce™ uses inertial forces contained in the Stability Bar. This allows for realistic and full 3D forces which activate and engage muscles differently and better. Stability Bars also provide a pathway to use leverage for variable resistance, which is also more realistic. And our Stability Bars get you up and off the floor where spine and core conditions belongs, and into natural upright postures – which is where muscles simply activate and respond more effectively.

The CentriForce™ CoreLock™ Technique.

While “popular” spine and core exercise trains the body to be stiff, and with many traditional core exercises using risky “broken core” strategies, CentriForce™ applies CoreLock™ techniques throughout spine and central body CoreSkills™ training. This keeps the spine and core in the power position, and reduces hazardous movement long known to damage spinal discs and miss deep core conditioning.

Continuous Center of Gravity Challenges.

The CentriForce™ System trains movement control and agility, not muscle isolation and stiffness. Using this approach, natural muscle teamwork is produced, and the deep core is activated. Using Stability Bars and CoreLock™ training technique, the CentriForce™ dynamic training pathway applied the remarkably effective Continuous Center of Gravity (C2oG) formula to replicate real world forces needed for spine and core conditioning, and which are applicable to almost all sport and athletic performance training.

Progressive CoreSkills™ Framework.

The CentriForce™ System recognizes that every person is unique, and functional training needs and wants are different. We also know many people have central body pain, injury, or surgical histories as their starting point. That’s why we make start all training with Basic CoreSkills™ first, which everyone uses no matter the ultimate training need or desire. Mastering Basic CoreSkills™ opens the door to Advanced CoreSkills™, and then Expert CoreSkills™ moving up from there. Each person and progress at their own individual pace, and according to their own conditioning desires and goals. The CentriForce™ CoreSkills™ training framework is easy and effective.

An easier, more convenient, and more enjoyable way.

Spine and central body conditioning encourages focused consistent sessions over time, not long and monotonous programs. Since CentriForce™ Approaches train movement control and not muscle isolation, there is no long laundry list of individual exercises, no dead weight, and no mindless sets and reps. CentriForce™ focuses on control, endurance, agility, stability, and power. Its like martial arts for the spine and core!
