CoreSkills™ Training Framework

Gaining better spine and core fitness is a process. Developing skills for progressive control and endurance takes time and practice. The CentriForce™ developers have learned from direct patient care, and have packaged skills into stages, from beginner level, to advanced ability, and expert performance. As with any athlete or musician, beginners practice to get it right; experts practice to not get it wrong.

CoreSkills™ Orientation

CentriForce™ is different that traditional old-school approaches. That’s why we start with a solid orientation, where you learn about the Stability Bar and Dynamic Force Resistance™, CoreLock™ technique and how to use it, the Engaged Posture™, Stability Bar basic grips, rest maneuvers, and the training framework.

Stage 1: Basic CoreSkills™

CentriForce™ is different that traditional old-school approaches. That’s why we start with a solid orientation, where you learn about the Stability Bar and Dynamic Force Resistance™, CoreLock™ technique and how to use it, the Engaged Posture™, Stability Bar basic grips, rest maneuvers, and the training framework.

Stage 2: Advanced CoreSkills™

Stage 2 in CentriForce™ training is Advanced CoreSkills™, which builds on end level skills, and introduces new skill challenges such as a range of base of support alterations and basic surface changes, Stability Bar grip changes, increased time to develop progressive endurance, initial speed drills, and transitional control.

Stage 3: Expert CoreSkills™

For those that desire peak performance from the core, and ultimate spine functional fitness, Expert CoreSkills™ is designed for you. These challenges include progressively more difficult base of support and locomotor navigation, speed drills, advanced endurance, respiratory drills, and plyometric coordination. Training at this level maximizes core agility, power, and stability – which supports extremity function, reduces injury risk, and gains the performance edge.
